When selecting shipping speed. Keep these things in mind we are located in Massachusetts. Chocolate melts in hotter climates. Anything outside of New England we suggest next day or 2nd day.
At checkout “Estimated Transit Time” is shown anything over 2 days we can’t be sure item will arrive the same way as packaged.
We highly suggest next day or 2nd day shipping speed to make sure your items are still cold. Remember these are perishables. We don’t want your items ruined. We allow you to decide shipping speed, so keep this all in mind when selecting shipping speed.
You can place an order for any in stock item at anytime. Orders will be shipped on every Wednesday. Our goal is to make sure the product is delivered and we don't want to take chances with perishable foods.
Cut off to make the Wednesday delivery, will be Wednesday at 12:00 PM EST. If your order is placed after Wednesday 12:00 PM EST your order will go out the following Wednesday. We like to make sure our products are fresh, so we hope you understand.
Products are shipped frozen with thermos bags and ice packs. In warmer months thermos boxes. Products are expected to thaw and ice packs to melt during shipping. We will not refund or guarantee product will be in perfect condition once received. Order at your own risk but know that we will do everything in our power to make sure product is packaged properly.
